National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF)

As from the 27th March 2012 the Government has published a new National Planning Policy Framework and Waltham Forest Council has recently published its Core Strategy.

In future Planning Applications will be considered against these policies starting with the Core Strategy.

The London Plan will also need to be taken into account. As it becomes clearer how the new process works we will be amending the information below.
