Jo Brind has produced an excellent web site about our part of the Lea Valley. For those of you not familiar with the area this will give you a good insight into what you are missing. For those who do know the area it will remind you of why it is so important to keep fighting to protect the area from development. The latest battle is to stop 9 storey blocks of flats being built beside the river at Essex Wharf adjacent to the Lea Bridge. Take a look and be amazed!
